Privacy Policy (and cookies) - Terms and Conditions
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since 25 May 2018 in the European Union. The GDPR lays down the rules on the processing by a person, company or organisation of personal data relating to persons in the EU. In addition to strengthening the legal protection of data subjects' rights, the GDPR defines new rules and procedures from a technological point of view.
Government Portal Management Entity
The Government Portal is managed by the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. The technological infrastructure of the Government Portal is ensured by the Government Computer Network Management Center (CEGER), with specialized support provided by masterlink, as a technology holder and developer of the Portal.

The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers is committed to processing your data in a fair and transparent manner, ensuring confidentiality and security as to the information requested from you and ensuring that it will be used only for the purposes expressly indicated and authorized.

Shared data may be provided to the government offices to whom they are intended and/or to the public administration entities responsible for the processing of matters of interest expressed by the citizen.

The Government Portal collects information that is strictly necessary and relevant for its intended purpose.
The information collected, through the contact form provided in all areas of government, is the name and e-mail, intended for further interaction of the competent areas with the citizen.
Access, security and user identification
All personal information you have provided through the contact forms on the Government Portal is protected through security procedures that protect you from unauthorized access and disclosure.
Right of access, rectification, updating and deletion of data
The Government Portal guarantees you the right of access to the data that directly concerns you, and may proceed to its updating or correction, its portability, its payment, the limitation in its processing or the right to owe its processing, without compromising the validity of the data processing carried out up to that time.
Personal Data Archive
Your personal data is kept by the Government Portal for the period necessary for the processing, according to the respective purpose.
Conservation periods may change when the associated public interest, historical, scientific or statistical reasons justify it, committing CEGER to adopt appropriate conservation and safety measures.
Use of cookies
The Government Portal uses cookies that allow to improve the performance and browsing experience of users, not collecting personal information that allows to identify the user.

Social Networks
The Government Portal does not use content sharing for Social Networks, and no user data is provided for Social Networks.
The interaction with Social Networks is done through links to social networks in the respective Areas of Government.
Acceptance and change of privacy policy (and cookies)
By making your personal or representative data available to an organization, you confirm the knowledge and acceptance of the conditions contained in this Privacy and Cookies Policy, so by making your personal data available, you are authorizing the collection, use and use of it in accordance with the rules set out in the applicable collection instrument.

Pursuant to Article 37(1)(a) (3) and (5) of the GDPR has been designated as Data Protection Officer for CEGER, and its order is available on the website of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
